Love & Guts began in 2005 as a skate influenced art show. Five years later, the traveling exhibition made its way to New York.
Amber B. Dianda (photographer) and Kirk Dianda (videographer) were in New York to cover the exhibit, which featured skateboard icons Lance Mountain, Pat Ngoho, Steve Caballero, Steve Olson, Don Pendleton, Chad Muska, and a host of other creatives.
"Eyes Wide Open" was the theme of this show, which paid tribute to the unique characters within skateboarding, who sadly, are no longer with us.
For more photos from this exhibition, click below on Amber B.'s photo of Don Pendleton.

My friend, Jon hipped me to this video of Levi Maestro (Maestro Knows) cruising the UNDFTD, Geoff McFetridge and Solitary Arts collaboration board.
The only street-styley, popsicle-shaped deck bearing the Solitary Arts name at this point but outfitted with our Black Eggs (for a softer-wheel kind of ride) and Geoff's laser-cut grip design. A few are available in the Solitary Arts, Mini Skate Shop. Mahalo.
